My extensive background in managing criminal cases from initial intake to final disposition has honed my capabilities in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, which I believe are integral to effective litigigation.

- My work with victims of crime have provided me with unique insight regarding the importance of a client-centered approach. I understand that most people are unfamiliar with the legal process leaving many scared, mad, confused, and uncomfortable. It is imperative that I work closely with clients to understand their needs, desired outcomes, and maintain open and honest lines of communication.
- Effective advocacy and outcomes starts at the beginning. Each case deserves to be evaluated on an individual basis with trial strategies developed based on the facts of the case, the circumstances, effective presentation of the evidence evidence, use of technology, and input from the client.
- No witness should ever take the stand without thorough and ethical preparation for both direct and cross examination. Whether it is a child, adult, law enforcement, or expert witness, everyone should feel comfortable taking the stand to tell the truth.
- A good trial lawyer needs to not only be prepared but anticipate potential issues and adapt as needed. I have been able to hone these skills over the past twenty one years and am excited to utilize them outside of criminal prosecution.
