With 21 years of prosecutorial experience representing the State of Texas, including over 200 jury trials, I have developed a profound understanding of human behavior, motivation, and decision-making. My extensive background in managing criminal cases from initial intake to final disposition has honed my capabilities in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, which I believe are integral to effective litigigation.
Throughout my career, I have not only overseen complex legal proceedings but also engaged in strategic recommendations and advocacy for justice. My role in advising members of Congress and the Texas Legislature on legal matters has allowed me to cultivate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, which I consider crucial for effective consulting. Additionally, I have successfully implemented programs addressing community needs, demonstrating my ability to work collaboratively and enhance community relations.
I look forward utilizing my unique experiences, comprehesive legal background, and insights in litigation while also continuing to expand and grow professionally.
I have dedicated my entire legal career to litigation. I look forward to bring my dedicated career as a prosecutor to all aspects of civil litigation and advising clients.
It has been my honor and pleasure to serve as the Midland County District Attorney for eight years. I have never taken the public's trust lightly and fought to see that justice is sought in each and every case.
